I am an avid believer in health and fitness being a multidimensional practice consisting of spiritual/mental, emotional, and physical health. I want individuals to experience movements, get reattuned to what it feels like to be a human being interacting with their unique environments, and maintain their own bodies. My hope is that I can give people the ability to feel like they have power over their health and bodies and that a healthy lifestyle does not have to be overly complicated one! Embrace yourself, live joyfully, never stop learning, and understand that no one is weak, we just have varying degrees of strength.
