Training Philosophy
My practice and, therefore, the programs I design are informed by athletic training; traditional strength training and calisthenics; Functional Range Conditioning (mobility and joint control training); yoga, and dance. Your mix depends on things like goals, weaknesses, and abilities. Programming is oriented toward a goal, whether that be a skill (i.e. handstand), behavioral (developing a fitness routine), weight change, or performance-based.
