Training Philosophy
Your body does what you allow it to do. A derivative of, “Use it or lose it.” Our bodies are stronger and more resilient than we give it credit for. It adapts to our daily habits. Our bodies (within reason) adjust to what we do with it. I became a trainer because I love movement and seeing the resilience of our bodies. Being a former teacher, something about helping people actualize their goals and realizing how physically capable they are is fulfilling.
