Laurie has over thirty years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Laurie incorporates her eclectic background in her training sessions. Drawing from ballet, gymnastics, Pilates, martial arts and strength training to craft workouts that are always interesting, Laurie works to correct muscular imbalances and improve core strength and flexibility.
