Strength Training
My philosophy is movement with intent. I believe in building strength from the ground up—technique first, then load. I’m a trainer because I want to help people feel powerful in their bodies, whether they’re athletes or just looking to move without pain. I’m especially passionate about coaching young athletes and anyone willing to invest in themselves. Strength is a skill, and I love helping people unlock it.

Favorite Way To Relax
A long walk with good music or a podcast, especially after a heavy lift day. Or just kicking back with a notebook to sketch out new programs—yes, I’m that kind of nerd. Also, I like to watch movies and play video games.
