I focus on creating a supportive and motivating environment where individuals feel empowered to set and reach their goals. I became a trainer because I genuinely enjoy helping people. After my weight loss journey, people approached me for guidance, and seeing others find the best versions of themselves was incredibly rewarding. Additionally, as a firefighter, staying physically sharp is crucial, and being a personal trainer helps me maintain my fitness while providing another way to help people. My approach is about building strength, improving health, and enhancing overall well-being, one step at a time.

My claim to fame is enduring the New York City Fire Academy, an experience that tested me both mentally and physically. Often likened to a military boot camp, the academy required peak physical fitness and mental toughness through grueling drills and high-pressure simulations. The rigorous environment forged strong camaraderie and resilience, pushing us to our limits and molding us into capable and confident firefighters ready to face any challenge.
Favorite Way To Relax
To relax, I enjoy meditating and reading, which help me center my mind and unwind. Nature walks and spending time at the beach or in the water bring me peace and rejuvenation. I also value quality time with the people who mean the most to me, as their presence brings joy and comfort. Additionally, listening to music and getting massages are perfect ways to unwind and recharge.
