Training Philosophy
I developed my passion for fitness through sports. I find sports to encompass a lot of aspects of life that are applicable anywhere. In discovering that, I created a training style that focused on functional, everyday movement, that’s also fun. Playing a sport is based on having fun through movement. I feel it is important to enjoy the movements you choose so you keep moving through life with quality and purpose. Whether a person is recovering from an injury, starting something new, or just maintaining a balanced lifestyle, I try to incorporate whatever a person finds most meaningful to their lives and develop movements that help them achieve those goals. Keeping a positive attitude toward your goals and lifestyle is also part of what I find most important and where I find passion in my purpose.

Most Interesting Place I've Been
Egypt. It was the first place outside of USA and Canada I visited and the history and landscape was spectacular.
