My number one priority is training for longevity. I enjoy helping people build habits that support them through every phase of life. I love personal training because it truly is a personal experience. Developing relationships with people and supporting them to be a better version of themselves is extremely fulfilling. Seeing people achieve goals they had doubts about inspires me to set higher goals and take on challenging tasks myself. Aging is a beautiful privilege, and fitness is an usher to improving the aging process. Being a trainer keeps me to my word, practicing what I preach, and my continuous curiosity drives me to keep learning.
