I train to improve movement quality and structural balance. Gaining strength in all facets, mind, body, and spirit, makes for a wonderful approach to training. Building a foundation of stability and mobility before progressing to bigger lifts and jumps ensures that you not only move better but also feel better.

Claim to Fame
I received physical therapy when I was 10 years old after tearing my right ACL doing Judo. To this day, my scars are reminders of this dark time as I was unsure if I’d ever be the same. Once I found swimming my life changed. I not only started swimming but it became a part of who I was.

Go for a light swim, turn off electronics, and reflect on how far I’ve come.
