Pilates Training

Developed in the early 20th century, and a favorite of those looking to gain flexibility and strength, Pilates Apparatus Training at Chelsea Piers Fitness is available in both private and small groups.

Swim Training

Whether you're brand new to the water or regularly swimming several thousand yards, the swim coaches at Chelsea Piers Fitness know how to get you there. Private, small group and Masters Swim team training available in all levels.

Triathlon Training

Chelsea Piers Fitness offers the most successful triathlon training program in NYC for athletes of all levels. As the only USA Triathlon Certified Training Center in the Northeast, our Full Throttle Endurance program is uniquely qualified to provide the most comprehensive Triathlon training program around.

Sport-Specific Training

Depending on the location and the expertise of our coaches there, we have training opportunities in a variety of sports. These range from running to rock climbing, boxing, court sports and more.
