My absolute purpose as a fitness professional is to empower my clients with the ability to understand their body’s intrinsic feedback utilizing QMT.
What is QMT?
Quadrupedal movement training is a type of exercise that focuses on bridging the gap between primal movements and physical fitness. This training consists of exercises that require you to use all four of your limbs in contact with the ground.

I also owned a gym, LHTransformations, for 7 years. LHTransformations was a staple in the Bronx. My fitness studio became a top-ranked gym in the borough, and our members and staff were like family.
Since closing my fitness studio, I’ve transitioned to sharing a movement modality called “Animal Flow.” There are over 20,000 coaches worldwide. I am the regional leader here in NYC.
